1 · The service

AutoSort files documents dropped in your mapped WhatsApp groups into your own Google Drive and appends extracted fields to your own Google Sheet. The filed document is the source of truth; the extraction is an assist. You remain responsible for verifying every filed document and every extracted entry. AutoSort is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2 · The WhatsApp connection — please read this one

AutoSort connects to your WhatsApp as a linked (companion) device, the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web. AutoSort is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may, at its sole discretion, disconnect, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that use linked-device automation. By using AutoSort you accept this risk: AutoSort and its operator are not liable for any disconnection, restriction, suspension, or ban of your WhatsApp number, or for any loss arising from it. We reduce the risk where we can — read-only listening, minimal sync, and we never send marketing from your number — and we email you immediately if your link drops. But we cannot guarantee uninterrupted WhatsApp service.

3 · Your responsibilities

• Keep the linked phone online at least every 14 days (WhatsApp's companion-device rule).
• Monitor the connection, especially in your first days; re-link promptly when alerted.
• Only map groups whose members are okay with documents being filed.
• Don't use AutoSort for unlawful content.

4 · Availability & changes

AutoSort is in early access and provided “as is”, without warranty. Capture depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Google) outside our control. Messages sent while your link is down are not captured retroactively. We may change or suspend features as the product evolves.

5 · Fees

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Every plan starts with a 15 day free trial, no card required. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Accounts created during early access stay free until paid plans are switched on, with advance notice before any charge.

6 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim (zero during free early access), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of data, profit, or WhatsApp access.

7 · Termination & law

You can stop anytime: unlink WhatsApp, remove clients, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk. AutoSort is operated by Bhoomi Sustainable Foods and Beverages Private Limited (CIN U15549KA2020PTC135884), Bangalore, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
